Villas may be obtained on a 'lifetime tenancy' arrangement, by paying the market value price when a villa is available.
Glenview retains a deferred management fee upon disposal of the unit to the next occupant, based on the period of tenancy (5% per annum for years 1 to 5 and 2% per annum for years 6 to 10). The balance is refunded to the resident or their estate.
In addition, there is a weekly service fee to cover Rates and Taxes, Building Insurance, Grounds Maintenance, Repairs, etc. Eligible pensioners may be eligible to receive Commonwealth Rent Assistance in relation to this payment.
