Residential Lifestyle Workers
Day and Night Shift Positions Available

Aged Care Award 2010 Level 4

Would you like to experience variety and new challenges in your Aged Care job as well as enhance your skills and knowledge in Aged Care?
In consultation with our staff, we have recently implemented a range of changes to the way our Lifestyle Workers deliver care and support to our residents and their role is now even more varied and interesting! The new Glenview model includes a range of new shifts for Lifestyle Workers which include:- shifts during which Lifestyle Workers administer medication, under the supervision of an RN, in accordance with the new Guidelines for Medication Administration; activity shifts during which Lifestyle Workers deliver and coordinate a range of activities; and once experienced, shifts working as the Shift Coordinator (Aged Care Employee Level 6 paid for these shifts).
We will provide you with the opportunity to up-skill by undertaking Nationally Accredited training modules and we’ll pay you while you’re doing them too!
These varied positions are directly responsible to the Residential Operations Manager, in collaboration with the nurse in charge, and the successful candidates will use all their skills on a daily basis to provide holistic personal support services and assist in planning and providing a creative range of activities to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of clients.

Community Support Workers
Part Time and Casual Positions Available
Support Worker Level 1 - 2
(Certificate III in Home and Community Services (Aged Care) or equivalent as a minimum)
Glenview's Community Support Workers assist our elderly clients to live their lives to the full.
In this community based role, you will be supported by the team to use your experience and skills to make a real difference to people's lives. We pay above award rates and you are also paid for the travelling time between clients.
The successful candidates will hold a relevant qualification, possess skills and experience in client-directed care, have excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Bisdee Support Worker
Permanent Part Time

In this day centre based role, you will be supported by the team to use your experience and skills to make a real difference to people's lives. We pay above award rates.
The successful candidates will hold a relevant qualification, possess skills and experience in client-directed care, have excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team.
