What is the selection process?
All appointments are based on merit. You must provide the requested information to have your application considered.
The Glenview selection process is a staged process and it begins with your written application.
Please ensure your application includes all the items listed on the checklist in the Application Form.
Glenview uses psychological profiling, or suitability testing, conducted by an independent professional company as part of our selection process. Suitability testing takes approximately three hours of your time and consists of some written problem solving and written tests of multiple choice answers. We explain it all very carefully so please feel confident to apply!
All candidates that reach the interview stage will be required to demonstrate some basic Computer Skills as part of the interview process.
