While Glenview offers a range of services how you choose to use them is up to you.
There is no such thing as a 'typical' day at Glenview.
Breakfast is served in all of the eight dining rooms between 7am and 8am but many residents prefer breakfast in bed on a tray. Menus offer a wide variety of options.
The time that you get up, have a shower and start the day is organised to suit you.
There is a range of activities occurring every day and if you can't join in the bowls team or the art club, a shopping trip or an exercise session might suit you better.
Lunch is served at 12 noon and there is a choice of three meals on the menu.
There are multiple lounge and sitting rooms where you can spend time quietly or meeting with friends if some of the larger activity areas are not to your liking on any given day.
Banking facilities are available on site and the Glenview buses are regularly out and about.
Dinner is at 5pm... or later in the summer months if you wish.
There are several TV lounge rooms in all buildings. For sports-buffs access to Ausstar is provided in all lounge rooms.
All medications and health care are managed by the nursing staff, unless you prefer to manage your own. Staff are available 24 hours per day.
